2001 Elkhorn Cab Over Camper 10-W

selling our 2001 elkhorn cabover camper. This has been an excellent camper as we have owned it since 2006, we are the 2nd owners. It has primarily been used a couple weeks a year for hunting trips and some trips to national parks, never lived in. All the hunting trips we never used the bathroom or put water in it because I didn't want to worry about freezing. Bathroom and sink have minimal use on them. Camper is 3167 lbs., and has a full wet bath, Queen bed, can hold 39 gallons of water,60lbs of propane. Propane hot water heater. Coleman Mach ac, on board generator generac, cu fridge, rebuilt furnace that works great, queen size bed, 3 burner stove with oven, microwave, swing out electric jacks for dually, off road light, full awning, camp side. Everything works except the fridge doesn't get cold but the freezer freezes, not sure what it needs. A little damage to the spice rack, had slight water damage over the bunk and bathroom from a leak that has been fixed. It is a very comfortable camper that we love, just moving on to a newer model with slide. Also available is 2006 GMC3500, Dually 4x4, Duramax with 6 speed Allison. LBZ, she just hit 100k. This is the last year without DEF and other emissions.
